Congrats to the hundreds of BMS students who performed in recitals this week! About a hundred more BMS musicians will be performing at Tri-C West before adjudicators next weekend. Here is the schedule and some tips for success!

BMS Recital Week Guide 2017

3/28/2017

Audience Members: Parents and teachers are welcome and encouraged to attend daytime recitals, but no classes, please. Evening recitals are open to the public. All recitals will take place in the BMS Cafeteria.
Student Performers: You should be dressed up in their best clothes for all recitals & competitions (think dress shirt & tie or its equivalent). You may, but are not required to wear the black and white orchestra concert attire.

Wednesday 3/29/17
2:20 p.m. 5th Grade Flute Class Recital
7:00 p.m. 7th & 8th Grade Band Recital (for pre-registered recital students)

Thursday 3/30/17
8:50 a.m. 6th Grade String Class Recital
1:20 p.m. 8th Grade String Class Recital
2:10 p.m. 5th Grade String Class Recital
7:00 p.m. BMS String Recital (for pre-registered recital students)

Saturday 4/8/17
OMEA Junior High Solo & Ensemble Contest at TriC West throughout the day for preregistered Choral, Band and String Students in 7th or 8th Grade.
