Holiday Orchestra Concert Details

Wednesday, December 10th @ Bay High School

WHAT TO WEAR
Middle School String Uniform (per our handbook guidelines)
·         Gentlemen: Black Dress Pants, black belt, white button-down shirt, dark tie.  Black shoes, black socks.  Holiday hats/ties are fine. 
  • Ladies: Black Dress Pants – if you wear a black skirt it MUST reach below the knee when you are seated.   White button-down shirt or blouse.  Black shoes, no flip-flops. Holiday hats/accessories are fine. 

High School Orchestra Uniform (tuxes & dresses)


WHEN TO ARRIVE
5th/6th Grade Call Time: 6:00 in the BHS Choir Room for tuning*
7th/8th Grade Call Time: 5:30 in the BHS Band Room – rehearsal immediately on stage*
HS Call Time: 7:30 in BHS Band Room
*If you are bringing cookies please drop them off in the High School Cafeteria prior to the concert.

CONCERT ORDER
Part I: Middle School Orchestras (6:30 – 7:30 p.m.)*
4th Strings - 5th Strings - 6th Strings - 7th & 8th Orchestra

-          Intermission: Dessert Reception in Cafeteria

Part II: High School Orchestras (8:00 – 8:45)
Chamber Orchestra - High School Orchestra

*Except in extenuating circumstances middle school  students are expected to stay for entire first part of the concert to hear all the middle school groups.  Students who also attend the high school portion will receive Beethoven Bucks!
