Help send off our Senior Class Members in style on Thursday, May 1st. Our concert and award ceremony will take place at 7:00 p.m. at the Bay High School Auditorium and will be followed by a reception celebrating the accomplishments of our seniors!
Senior Ladies and those not returning to Orchestra, Band or Choir next year: You need to return your dress on Wednesday, May 28 during Orchestra.
The dress needs to be handed to a Uniform mom. It does not have to be laundered, we will do that for you. Your name must be pinned to the dress and the number must match our records to receive credit for the return.
Freshman, Junior and Sophomore Ladies: You may keep your dress until next year. Remember it is machine washable. Please hang it in a dry closet.
ALL Gentlemen, all grades:
You need to return your TUX jacket, pants, cumber bund, bow tie on a hanger during Orchestra unless you are in choir. The tie and cumber bund should be in the jacket pocket. Hand your tux on a hanger to a Uniform Mom for check in. All pieces need to be turned in to receive credit for the return. Grade Cards will be held if they are not turned in. All underclassmen should keep their white shirts for next year. Senior boys, if you do NOT want your tux shirt, you may donate to Boosters.
If you have a tux that has been altered for you and you want to keep it next year, please pin a large piece of paper on with your name on it to both the jacket and the pants. Let the uniform mom know so that we can process the tux different from the rest. Pins, papers and pens will be available.
Thank you for your cooperation to help this process go smoothly. Please be considerate of the volunteers so that they DO NOT have to come in multiple times to collect your attire.
PARENTS: We need volunteers to help collect tuxes and dresses on Wednesday, May 28th during Orchestra from 10:45 am - 12:15 pm. Please email Liese if you can help,[email protected]
Questions? For Tuxes Call Jan Russell 440-385-7442 or email [email protected] or for Dresses call Liese Nainiger 440-871-2854 or email [email protected]
Thank you!

Practice Play-alongs for Violin I, First Light
This is just for your reference/practice and not meant to be shared with others. FYI, I made a counting mistake in measures 161-162; the tied half note-whole note should be held for six beats, not four as I did in this recording! Let me know if you find anything else. It's not polished but it should be rhythmically and tonally accurate. I posted two different tempos for N to the end. The first is 144 bpm & the second is 180 bpm as indicated in the score. Start with the slower tempo.
