Who, What, Where & When

A Concert-by-Concert Guide for Students and their Families

A note for the 2020-21 School Year:

We anticipate having VIRTUAL performances until the COVID-19 crisis passes.  Accordingly, some rehearsal and call times below will change.

Fall Orchestra Concert:  (Grades 7 - 12)

​CONCERT DRESS
HS Orchestra –
  • Orchestra Dresses and Tuxes.  Black socks/hose & black dress shoes.  Holiday accessories permitted.
Middle School  Orchestras –
  • Gentlemen: Black Dress Pants, black belt, white button-down shirt, dark tie.  Black shoes, black socks.  Holiday accessories permitted.
  • Ladies: Black Dress Pants – if you wear a black skirt it MUST reach below the knee when you are seated.   White button-down shirt or blouse.  Black shoes, no flip-flops.   Holiday accessories permitted.
CONCERT DAY REHEARSALS
  • 3:20  Chamber Orchestra Dress Rehearsal
  • 5:30  7th & 8th Grade  Dress Rehearsal
CALL TIMES
  • 5:30 - 7th & 8th Grade Attendance
  • 6:30 - High School Attendance

Westerly-BMS Holiday Orchestra Concert:  (Grades 3 - 8)

CONCERT DRESS
  • Gentlemen: Black Dress Pants, black belt, white button-down shirt, dark tie.  Black shoes, black socks.  Holiday accessories permitted*
  • Ladies: Black Dress Pants – if you wear a black skirt it MUST reach below the knee when you are seated.   White button-down shirt or blouse.  Black shoes, no flip-flops.   Holiday accessories permitted*   
*Students who wish to wear holiday formalwear (i.e. holiday tie or holiday dress) to the concert may do so this year with director approval.

  • 5:30  - 7th & 8th Grade  Attendance, 5:40 Dress Rehearsal
  • 6:30 - 5th & 6th Grade Attendance
