Dear Orchestra Parents,

Day For Strings is THIS Tuesday and the kids are sounding terrific! Here are a few reminders to make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Remember to bring/send the food item assigned to your child's class.   Items should be delivered to the HS Cafeteria by 4:45--OR if it is more convenient you may drop them off on Chris Santoni's front porch Monday evening and she will transport them to the high school for you: 31400 Aldrich Drive.

• Grades 5 & 6 Desserts (finger foods—NO NUTS, please) 
• Grade 7 Apples, Bananas, Grapes, Bags of pre­-popped Popcorn 
• Grades 8, 9 & 10 Bottled Water 
• Grades 11 & 12 Paper Plates & Napkins

All students (including Cellists and Bassists) should bring their HOME instruments to the concert and are responsible for transporting the instruments to and from the event.  They should also take their music binders or books whether they plan to use their stand-partner's music or not.

Students should arrive at Bay High School between 4:30 and 4:45 already dressed for the concert and report directly to their Coat & Case Homeroom for Attendance:

• Grades 5 & 6: Gym
• Grades 7 & 8: Choir Room
• High School: Band Room

All students are involved in the grand finale and will need to stay for the entire performance.  The doors will open at 6:30 and the concert will begin at 7:00 pm.  We're looking forward performing for you!
