OMEA State Orchestra Adjudicated Contest Friday, February 19th Brecksville Broadview Heights High School 6380 Mills Road Broadview Heights, OH 44147 Important Notes to Our Spectators: Audience members should use the auditorium entrance. Plan to arrive no later than 8:30 and enter the auditorium as soon as the doors open. Once the doors close you will NOT be allowed to enter the performance room. The Bay High School Orchestra will be perform at 8:45 p.m. You MAY NOT photograph or record anything inside the performance space--our orchestra could be disqualified for non-compliance. Students should plan enough time to eat dinner, get dressed in your full uniform, gather your things and report to BHS on time. Attendance is at 6:30. To be early is to be on time! Can't wait!! 6:00 Music Wing Open 6:30 Attendance 6:40 Board Buses & Depart 7:40 Tuning Period in Homeroom @BBHHS 8:10 Official Warm-up Period 8:40 Report to the Stage 8:45 PREPARED PERFORMANCE 9:15 SIGHT-READING PERFORMANCE (closed to the public) 9:45 Return to and remove all belongings from Homeroom 10:00 Load the Buses
