The Bay HS Bands and Chamber Orchestra have been invited to perform in the 14th Northeast Ohio Band Invitational on Sunday, January 28th at 2:00 p.m.  The concert will take place at beautiful Severance Hall, home of the Cleveland Orchestra.  Friends and family who have not already purchased tickets may do so at the door.  Tickets are $10. 

Students and their instruments will be transported from BHS to Severance  by bus (and instrument trailer).  Please take a look at the schedule below:

12:15  Concert Band reports for blazers & ties
12:20  Chamber Orchestra report time. Please arrive in full orchestra tuxes/gowns with appropriate formal black footwear.
12:30  Symphonic Band report time
12:40  Load instruments, board buses

• Upper-string players will bring their instruments & music on the bus with them
• Lower-string players will load their instruments into our volunteer parent's van, or will have their own parents transport their instrument in caravan with the buses.

1:15     Arrive at Severance Hall, report to backstage "homeroom"
2:00     Concert

• HS Band #1
• BHS ensembles perform:
  • Concert/Symphonic combined bands
  • Symphonic/Chamber combined ensemble
  • Symphonic Band

• Cleveland Youth Wind Symphony
• Cleveland Winds
• Quietly return to backstage "homeroom", gather things, then return to buses to go home.
